I’m a big fan of all things cozy. Big blankets. Rocking chairs. Fluffy pillows.

I’ve spent the last 10 years writing content within the wellness industry. Before that I was a teacher. Before that a photographer’s assistant, swim instructor, lifeguard, retail manager. The works.

I love musicals, sports, ice cream, live shows, and old TV.

I’m a huge procrastinator. Like, it’s a problem.

Here at The Southern Burn, I both celebrate and make fun of the South. It’s all in good fun. This is my home.
